Sorry to cut down the news, but Democrats really have to do more than just trolling Trump and Republicans. So far, I haven’t seen much serious efforts to roll back the fascism of Trump and Republicans.
There were enough Democrats on the House Oversight Committee to release the picture, but there aren’t enough Democrats in the House and Senate to accomplish all the things you’re asking for. All things I completely agree we need, but they require votes.
Do Republicans have the numbers when they filibuster every popular proposals and bills? Dems should do the same if they are serious and whether they are in opposition or not.

As we speak, even if Trump and Republicans are on negative approval rating, the Dems approval rating is not on the positive either albeit slightly higher.
If the focus is on throwing gossips and scandals are what Dems are going to do while the rich and powerful rob people while distracted by it, then maybe go back to high school.
