Five people were killed and 11 others injured Monday in a shooting attack at a bus stop caught in traffic at the Ramot junction in Jerusalem. The terrorists, who opened fire on a bus on Line 62, were neutralized by an IDF soldier and an armed civilian who fired at them.

    What the fuck did you expect, Israel? What the fuck did you actually expect? The only surprise is that this is such a rare occurrence. So long as you keep in place apartheid and occupation you will be dealing with violence. So long as you oppress and genocide people you will have to deal with shit exactly like this. There is no way that you would externalize violence completely without some of it coming back to hurt you.

Every time you cajole Israeli maximalism and Jewish supremacy, each time you enable the occupation and apartheid and genocide to continue you’re preparing the next random act of violence against Jewish civilians too.

And have no fucking illusions: there is only one way out of this mess and it’s to finally get it drilled into your fucking heads that Palestinian lives matter.
