Attorney General Pam Bondi has been fired, a senior administration official and a source familiar with the matter told NBC News.

Donald Trump had grown “more and more frustrated”  with Bondi in recent days, a person familiar with White House deliberations said, adding that while he likes her as a person, he doesn’t think she has “executed on his vision” in the way that he wants.

According to a source familiar with the decision, Todd Blanche will be the acting attorney general, effective immediately.

Don’t celebrate. She did her part, and there’s little doubt she’ll be rewarded with an extremely well-paying job and a political future.

Eh, knowing Trump, the reward may stay a pipe dream. He’s like the least loyal tyrant ever, it’s baffling how anybody works for him expecting not to be eventually backstabbed or thrown under the bus.

More over, whoever follows her will undoubtedly be worse. Supposedly Bondi was fired over her handling of the Epstein files, which probably means she was supposed to just break all the laws surrounding evidence and just destroy as much of the stuff as possible.

Yeah she worked to hide Epstein and Co’s crimes as Florida’s attorney general for a decade and now the same as the head of the DOJ. She gets to take the fall for failing to release the documents and now we can move on to some other topic since they “solved” the problem (but obviously not really).

I can celebrate because the admin is looking to revert to Scaramucci time frames of turn over which will impact there effectiveness.
