So basically you’re saying we should allow trans people to play in whatever sport they want so we can collect more data.
No, I’m saying we should just allow them to play sports because they’re human just like us.
I’m just saying there is basically no data and there are certain sports where cis women have an advantage of trans women, just as there are sports where it’s the opposite.
I think it’s important to make decisions with factual data and be honest up front. If I tell someone studies show I’m right and then you later find out that I was only talking about one random study with 1 woman, they’re less likely to believe me, if if what I said was valid.
