      My wife loves them, and I just don’t get it. She also loves pugs/bulldogs.

      But at least she recognizes the ethical issues with all of them and the only way we’d get one is if it was at the shelter (and I suffered massive brain damage and consented).

      The fact that the cat was bred to have that deformity for aesthetics is horrendous, but that’s not the cat’s fault, so I still think it’s cute.

      I think it’s cute, but I cannot agree with selective breeding for defects, so I would never own one
