In some US states, whites are already a minority, and the various schemes to impose minority rule are unstable and require increasing effort as demographics keep on shifting.

Yes, but many Americans don’t know that. The name is Spanish. Hell, so many Americans don’t realize that New Mexico is a state in their own country.
And it wasn’t until the U.S. invaded Mexico and forced it to cede large swaths of its territory. Same with California, Arizona, Nevada, etc.
