State leaders are going their own way in making vaccine policies this fall — which means your ability to get a COVID-19 shot may soon depend on where you live.

New York has declared a “statewide disaster emergency” to preserve access to COVID vaccines. Massachusetts is making insurers pay for vaccines recommended by the state and not solely those recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. New Mexico is taking steps to ensure that pharmacists can continue to give out vaccines.

Some states are banding together to form regional health coalitions. Oregon, Washington, California and Hawaii have formed the West Coast Health Alliance to coordinate their vaccine recommendations. States in the Northeast are considering a public health collaboration.

Don’t give them the politeness of calling them “conservative” - they’re not. Conservative policy is what national parks do for forests and cities do for water.

These people are authoritarian/fascist/Nazi losers that want nothing more than pain and death for anyone “lesser” than them. Not one thing they ever do is in any way meant to help others, not even their constituents. Maybe some good honest people got sucked into their lies somewhere along the way, but that “party” are just losers that should be cast to the edges of society to live in their own filth, away from decent sane people and any social resources.

I call them conservative (when I don’t call them something else colorful like confederates, white supremacists, Nat-Cs, etc.) because I reject the pleas from some of them and their sympathizers and their enablers when they go on about “true” conservatives.

This is who and what they are and it’s been the case for many many decades. Taco is not some anomaly or some kind of unique blight on the conservative/Republican movement.
