Looking at the tree instead of the forest for a moment, she’s probably not going to have problems finding employment, if she wants it. Lots of places that want data scientists and such. She’s got a skillset that’s in demand by quite a few businesses.

Maybe? There is an awful lot of ageism out there…and very little being done to counter it. Combine that with being a woman and POC? I don’t know.
