    Just for the record, you’ve been imagining that a single kidney bean between two paper-thin slices of bread would taste like a delicacy?

    In fairness, I suppose many modern delicacies derive from things our ancestors ate out of sheer desperation.

      It’s the atomically thin concept piece which is a deconstruction of poverty. You pay $130 for it, and apparently it dissolves on your tongue. The Newyorker rated it 5 stars.

      It’s made by a cartoon duck being tortured. Perfect Capitalism food.
