“There’ll be people that they’ll DM me like, ‘You see what your boy’s doing? You voted for this.’ I’m like, ‘I voted for none of this,’” he said. “He’s doing the exact opposite of everything I voted for. I want him to stop the wars—he’s funding them. I want him to shrink spending, reduce the budget—he’s increasing it.”

No, buddy. You DID vote for this. You absolutely voted for ALL of this because everything Trump is doing now, he promised, and campaigned on. And you yourself noted he’s a Lying Liar that Lies. So you absofuckinglutely voted for all of what’s going on right now.

“When you feel like the status quo will do nothing and change nothing, you have way more of a longer leash for the outsiders’ ideas than you do the status quo’s ideas,” he said. “And I think that was the idea with Trump, who’s like, ‘Maybe he will stop these wars.’ No. ‘Maybe we will see what’s up with this Epstein s–t.’ No.”

Take it from somebody who grew up as the Shitgibbon did. He used you. Just like he’s used everyone else. You thought he’d expose himself as being a kiddy-diddler? Take the legal risk of being jailed, losing his whole Teflon schtick? Fuck no, that’s for the LITTLE people. Like you!!! And maybe you can wrap your head around this little fact. All politicians have their issues, mainly because the guy you pick is opposed by everyone else who wants the pie all to their own. But Trump is worse than most!

The thing is, I can relate a bit. I voted for Fetterman, and I have been extremely disappointed by his turnaround.

The difference is, Fetterman is not doing what he said he would do. Trump is doing exactly what he said he would do.

That’s why I’m not down on Fetterman’s voters. Hell. I won’t be down on them next General if the choice is him or a GQP shill. That’s the thing about people like Susan Collins. At the end of the day, we have no leverage on her. She answers to the GQP, not to us. Fetterman knows he’s leashed by the DNC. He is risking a lot stepping out of line. Committee assignments. Connections. After-Retirement positions. He keeps fucking around, his only play will be switching parties. Once he does that, he’s not a Democrat anymore. Until then, however, he has to to deal with our pressure (and after, well, he’ll have to deal with the GQP’s pressure…and we’ll see how much he’s willing to throw away for power!)

The crazy part about Fetterman is that he wasn’t tied down by the Democratic leadership. They backed McCormick, a pro-business centrist, during the senate primary, and they didn’t want him as lieutenant governor before that. He was a progressive wildcard that touted his independence from the party. He was always pro-Israel, but he was also pro-healthcare for all, pro-marijuana legalization, supported human rights and a progressive tax code. His heel-turn has been shocking and baffling, and lost him most of his supporters. Fetterman could be primaried from the left or yhe right, and he will probably lose either way. He could switch parties, but there aren’t enough batshit Republicans in PA to make up for his flaws.
