I love calling cats little silly dinguses and such, but in the sweet cat voice. The high pitched voice that I use to speak to kitties.

They loooove it, no matter what I’m calling them. They rub against me and I give them pets and kisses while calling them little dummy babies.

    <3

I also call them best cat, smartest cat, best at being a cat! Just gotta mix it up occasionally.

I do the same with my dogs, I tell em “wanna go murder people?”, “who wants to kill the most?” with the going out voice and they love it

My favorites are “Whooooose the stupidest cat in this house? You are! You are!” And “Whoooooo is a dingus? You are!”

It always ends with you are, lol

My roommate had a cat who would jump into your lap just to fart on you, then leave.

Marie was kind of a bitch.

Ah, forgot about gas issues, was just thinking fur issues. I had a sick cat recently and that’s one reason I knew she was sick because she wasn’t grooming properly.

Yours is hilarious and… very cat. <3

Sometimes I think my cat is smart. For instance, he’s learned that if he jumps up and hangs on the handle, he can open doors. Pretty smart, yeah?

Then this morning he was yelling at me to feed him as usual, but there were ants by his food bowl. So I fed him and set his food bowl on the other side of the kitchen so I could deal with the ants. He watches me set down his bowl, walks over to where his food should be, and continues to yell as if he’s never been fed.

Dude is lucky we are funding his luxurious lifestyle; he would never make it in the wild. Also quite the handsome little dummy, though.

Funny enough, our “Fuchs” is pretty much the antithesis to one-orange-braincell. But then again, he and his sister are clearly autistic.

Mine smells lightly of peanut butter and rotting compost. It’s not strong and you can’t smell him unless you get real close. I honestly kind of like it now.

A day doesn’t pass where I’m not amazed at my orange boy’s utter dumbassery. And yet his mom (Mimi) is the smartest cat. She’s not orange though so it checks out

I dunno if it says something about cat owners or just some certain people, but when I do the same thing to my dogs, “Well, look at the handsome boy. How’d you get to be so handsome, handsome boy? So brave and fluffy too!”

I call my cat handsome, smart, sweet, and only occasionally silly when he does silly things.

I call my dog a good boy sure but I also call him stinky (sometimes) and stupid (often). He’s always good, sometimes stinky, and often stupid.
