It was appealed. The appeals court put a temporary stay on the order that would return control to the governor. The appeals court hasn’t ruled yet, as far as I know. They may be waiting because there is another hearing Friday with the original Judge.

Tried to search for “Alabama third world.” Seems the UN investigated that a few years ago.

My guess is they are trying to do everything they can to incite violence so they can declare martial law.
