Sadly, this is a social media rather than a forum.
Programmer by day, burnt out by night.
Sadly, this is a social media rather than a forum.
Although, historical news articles might be worth archiving!
Don’t, just archive pages for future reference, especially if they’re news articles!
Right, uBlock Origin does have a cosmetic filtering-only option, as well!
I would recommend against it, for your privacy.
I’m disappointed with this spiteful crowd that literally gives the least helpful answer you specifically asked not to receive.
Just click on uBlock Origin and disable scripts for that website, then reload.
A lot of the tips down here (reader mode, archive, NoScript) di just that but with other tools.
This works on desktop on any browser and on Android using Firefox/Fennec.
If that doesn’t work, click on uBlock Origin, then on the lightning bolt, then on the pop-up, to delete it.
You may need to repeat these steps a few times until it’s gone.
Ctrl+Shift+C for element picker
I can recommend Germany and Netherlands!
I live in NL myself, even though we have complaints (high taxes, delayed trains) I don’t think they’re nearly as serious as I hear from other countries (like US trans people getting declined public services, people living in fear of being deported or killed)
Although we don’t really have affordable housing, I would say that’s a fairly big issue.
The PPP in Germany tends to be a bit better (slightly lower wages, but even lower grocery prices and rent prices), and overall it seems people follow rules and order a good deal better.
Overall, both are good countries to live in IMO. I can’t speak for the UK, though.
Why did you have to say you want to be balls deep in the UK, Netherlands or Germany though…?
What implied there’s a terminal client? I don’t think you mentioned it, either. Did you reply to the correct comment?
Either way, both Gmail and Outlook support POP and IMAP, so if you have a terminal e-mail client there’s an about 100% chance it works with Gmail and Outlook.
I did not pay attention, dang.
I was thinking there were way too many lamps above that billboard but I don’t know what highway billboards look like, they seem like a US thing.
But the oddly placed handles and doors are a surefire way to tell this is AI, I should look out better for those things!
At least Google and Outlook accounts support sharing the address book through the account, so it doesn’t matter where you use it from.
Seems like privacy respecting alternatives could do that, too.
How can you tell? (serious question)
That, and safe streets, kind people, clean air, clean water, gorgeous mountains, war safety, high PPP, I could go on…
Why not use an address book?
See, Meta is rich and US laws don’t seem to apply to American oligarchs.

Thanks for stepping up and good luck, you three! ♥️
Weird, it’s been working for me for a while
That’s strange, I’m almost certain my desktop’s Firefox doesn’t have this (AMD GPU) while my laptop’s Firefox does (Nvidea GPU)
I just need to manually set
media.ffmpeg.vaapi.enabled
to true in about:config
OK yeah that’s something 99% of even Firefox users aren’t going to know… Bookmarking this to try when I’m back home!
That aside, there exist other charges such as jail time however long or short and penalties as a percentage of assets (such as in some Nordic countries)
