  • big deal, and fascism. NATO colonies copying the fascism is to be expected. Spirit of 2nd amendment is spirit of right to resist.

Patriot Act’s name is meant to distract from fascist powers within it, and while bitcoin is not super anonymous if you use techniques that are now recommended to “crackdown”, there is improvement.

Bitcoin’s superiority over gold is the ability to move to a more welcoming jurisdiction without border confiscation, or luggage weight, concerns, and so US/Colonies crackdown on “definancialization rights” may well lead to wealth drain from the empire.

The redactions to 9/11 report were entirely to protect KSA’s full cooperation with US intelligence in making 9/11 happen. Dancing Israeli Mossad agents, and FBI letting them all escape, went home to Tel Aviv TV morning show to explain “they were there to document the event”. Dick Cheney happening to supervise a NORAD training exercise, at all, much less on the same day, and directing response cannot be a coincidence. Larry Silverstein’s $1B asbestos problem, raising insurance coverage, and authority over NYFD to pull WTC 7 the same day, shows not only abnormal prescience, but direct lines to higher authority to make his interests happen. The FBI never determined that OBL was responsible, because higher ups prevented their investigation.

  • Your win10 computer doesn’t get nuked from orbit after magic date. Others pointed out music software is not portable enough.

I got a new win11 computer with space for linux. Can remote desktop (free options) into old computer. This is more convenient than dual booting. If you don’t use internet or install new software, not much will break on it. My old computer didn’t work for linux because of waking from sleep issues. My new computer is $450usd minipc 7840hs dual lan, 2 usb4 ports, that allows me to expand from 3 to 4 monitors with a desk edge portable touchscreen usb monitor. win11 is not that bad because it allows for a single task bar on the front monitor. The iGPU is a big upgrade over 1650super I had, and 32gb/1gb nvme is also an upgrade that gives me the room to install linux. I haven’t yet.

Linux is pretty easy for software installs. Mint is a good choice, because google will have the most hits. There are some distros that come with closed GPU drivers, but that is not particularly difficult to do yourself. win11 on a new computer can be ok, though, but I have had issues with every monitor waking from sleep every time (unplug/replug solution), or sleep command not lasting more than 3 minutes. Boot time is much quicker on new computer though, so shutdown not as painful. But if sleep worked flawlessly on this one in linux, would be good reason to go with.

DNC is a huge problem with America as was Biden/Garland. They need/needed Trump to not fall out of a window, or be in military jail, in order for the most warmongering neocon DNC candidates to ensure warmongering. After Oct 7th, DNC’s Israel first “job is to gaslight the left into supporting Israel”, meant ensuring Trump’s win, and today, have their elected Zionist supremacists, repeat attacks of communism on Mamdani.

On global warming, forcing a proxy war on Russia, not only enriches domestic oil companies to fund climate denial. pushing global diesel (home heating fuel same fraction) refining capacity to limit, with massive emissions from war, it also means no cooperation with Russia possible on global warming. It is simply impossible to prioritize human sustainability, if voters are made to support war, while struggling with the economic collapse directly accelerated by it, not to mention cultural divisiveness issues (not DNC/Biden fault).

The US needs either a military coup, or candidates/party that will remove citizenship and assets of Zionist oligarchy influencing US rulership. If money is speech, then money is terrorism.

  • A problem with PikaOS is that the log files seem bad or I couldn’t find the right one. Lots of seemingly amateur errors in log (no permission for system to write to system) that don’t seem to lead to imminent crash. Log files don’t pick up having to hit power switch maybe.

My main question was the easy “did a distro switch solve sleep issues for anyone”? Maybe switch to Mint would at least have more google hits on solving issues? Someone downvoted the “switch to x11 graphics driver before sleep” try, and I’m losing patience on tracking it down as you suggest.

  • The reasoning is actually that a food desert means greater revenues from a larger market circle for the desert wanderers to travel so they can eat. Company gets most of the profit without offering convenient service from the captives.

There is zero reason to run grocery stores at a loss. Competition that doesn’t extort as strongly as other cartel members does screw over the cartel.

Having access to information about who voted on a post would allow people to locate brigading1 efforts and detect bots spamming down/upvotes on posts. Currently, only admins can access this information, which makes it harder for users to report such behaviour to them.

Or provide the empire controlling most of the bots, extra ammunition to have AI determine a social credit score for everyone. Winner gets a free trip to El Salvador.
