I didn’t see anything sketchy about the app, but it doesn’t appear to be functional, so meh. Maybe try again after they’ve worked on it some more.

Well, I originally saw both Blair Witch and H20 played from really dark and messy VHS copies of theater recordings… And man, let me tell ya, they were both way better as low quality cams that HD movies!

I intentionally watch bad Horror as cams now, when I can, even decades later… It really adds to the experience!

The correct terminology depends on context.

As others have mentioned, when they said woman there they were referring to the present report of a woman, who was a teen and the time of the event.

Calling an adult female human a woman is not wrong.

Calling a teen a teen is not wrong.

Legally teens under 18 are also children.

Technically everyone is someone’s child.

Though not considered adults by most laws, biologically people become adults after puberty, which varies by individual. The period during puberty they are adolescents, neither children nor yet adults.

Context matters.

It’s interesting. It was pretty clear to me as a child, years ago, that this nation was fucked.

It had, and has, potential, but is driving in the wrong direction, with blinders on.

But I think it’s a perspective thing.

Some people just don’t see it, cause they are doing fine in their fishbowls.

Others have a twisted perspective and can’t tell what’s real and what’s not–even confuse what’s right in front of them, or biting them in the ass.

There are people that see it, sure. And people who fight against it. But it’s a lot and they are few. So even with huge wins here or there the overall trajectory remains the same.

It’s like the doomsday clock: it’s 5 second to midnight, maybe tomorrow it’ll move back to 10 seconds, but it’s unlikely to ever move back a minute, or an hour, or a day.

And I’m an optimist.
