First of all we were talking about parlamentary immunity which is quite different. Secondarily if diplomatic immunity weren’t, diplomacy would be dead. But, I guess you don’t need diplomacy, so it’s a bad thing, anyway.

Would you mind to elaborate? That fact that you think something was “terrible” is not an argument. I think, you don’t really have an idea how immunity actually works. It’s not synonymous to “impunity”.
Is there no immunity of parlamentarians in the US? Not a rhetoric question, I just don’t know.
I guess most of WW1’s facilities handling chemicals had better safety than the average Spanish commercial unit in 2025. I’ve worked in Spain for almost a year and as great as Spain is, really, the utter neglectance of anything protecting you from falling into your death, gettng electrocuted, run over, flattened by something falling off a crane and any unnecessary, awful way of geting killed is quite unnerving. It’s not that I haven’t actually seen it fucking happen. The bloody risk (loose handrail) was obvious for anyone but noone cared - until somebody came to death.
Right so! Bloody trees think the world belongs to them. It’s about time to show them who’s got the chainsaws. Did the trees help us in WWII? Did they do anything for us except luring on roadsides and killing innocent motorists? Face it, the days of trees are over.
If I’d believe in god I’d hope he’d throw some brain at you.
Nonsense. You seem to think the USA is everywhere and you don’t understand the difference between states and individuals. Trump has zero authority in Vatican state. The pope does not leave Vatican state and “go home” anywhere. Not ever, except for official visits. Trump can fuck wall outlets or squirrels but he has absolutely no viable way to screw with the pope - he can’t even threat to sanction the Vatican as he did with Sweden and whoever else, because the do not export anything. He can’t freeze his payments because he literally owns nothing. Right: the pope does not recieve a salary and does not have any personal belongings. He doesn’t need to pay for anything (there are people in his entourage who will do that for him) he does not need to own something, the Vatican will provide anything the pope requires.
Sounds like herecy to me. Oh, wait they’re protestants - they actually are heretics. Religion is a funny thing to watch from the ouitside.
Beauty comes from the inside.
Trump putting pressure on the pontifex maximus? I’m not a catholic but I’d say that might be somewhat difficult but certainly interesting. You are aware that the pope is head of his own state and doesn’t give a fuck about American legislation or sanctions? The US can’t even invade Vatican State without triggering article 5 of the NATO manifesto which might cause even more interesting political turbulences. Specifically with the more strictly catholic NATO members first of all, obviously, Italy.
As an atheist I don’t really have a horse in that race but I can’t help remarking that these “christian” Americans sound a lot like the bad kind of satanists to me. Usually I am finding satanists quite amusing as they tend to piss off the orther zealots, but these guys are just disgusting. The worst about them is that they might actually believe the shit they are talking.
Well, if it’s not DNS then most probably the routing might have been set wrong. Faulty netfilter rules are less likely but possible.
What’s your browser’s DNS setting? Ping is using the system wide settings and some browsers (FF) might use DNS via HTTP. Idk if mullvad are providing the latter or where you set your DNS server when connecting.
…and it seems zey zink, I am not funny at all! . Wait, I’ve got another one: Wann ist das Nunstück git und Slottermeier?..
Telling you is harmless. Zey have ozzer vays to let you know - very painful vays zat is.
I was later reprimanded for saying I wouldn’t help people.
I’ve heard that before. “No. I won’t close the circuit breaker while you’re holding the wires.” “Boss!..”
Holy smokes. That must have been before 1989 (that’s when RFC1094 was released, explicitely prohibiting to map the root user to UID 0). I thought, I was old…
The whole vanity publishing industry works like that. Yes, there is such an industry. There’s a highly accurate, slightly satiric and utterly confusing book about it, named “Il pendolo de Foucault” by Umberto Eco. (Probably something like “Foucault’s Pendulum” in English). If it weren’t that excessively long and the plot less complex I’d highly recommend it.
AFAIK other language Wikipedias already are incorporated “elsewhere” (the world¹).
¹ there actually is one outside the US
Which is sort of obvious because Tor discourages using ADSL etc. for relays. The question is if I2P will be doing better.
