I live in a pretty rural area, I don’t know anyone who’s addicted to any type of opioid

now whenever I visit the biggest city in my state, there’s fentanyl addicts and probably also meth and crack addicts in very alleyway and under every bridge. It’s not safe to be outside at night in that town. you will absolutely get stabbed, shot and/or robbed. It’s never happened to me. But I had to stay hotel there once a few years ago and I heard the drug addicts outside screaming all night.

it felt like a zombie movie

why did this get downvoted? Who’s the gaggle of idiots that downvoted this? I’m old enough to remember all the bullshit about Iraq and Afghanistan and all the wars against countries that never attacked us that Obama started too

Anyone who thinks it’s a bad idea to try to establish peace between two nuclear armed powers is an idiot. Any bunker that you could survive in would also be your tomb, because the nuclear fallout from dozens if not hundreds of nukes being used at the same time would outlive you by over 1000 years

  • most likely, yes. It’s shocking how shitty the security measures are on so many things.

There was a game a few years ago where the DRM was so insanely aggressive it wouldn’t accept a legitimate key, and it only took about 2 minutes to break the DRM

Ever wonder why big tech companies go through data-breaches constantly? but 0% of privacy friendly things ever have that problem?

That’s because your data on those privacy friendly services is encrypted with its own key so anyone who wants to break in and steal data would need to break into each account one at a time…so that’s why facebook, google and amazon have databreaches all the time. because of a combo of shitty security and social engineering

privacy friendly services don’t allow their workers to have the ability to give away the goods
