I swear I read that a judge can appoint an independent prosecutor. Can’t remember where though.

This appears to be Russian pressure for her to stay in line. If that is true, they’ll have any number of ways to exert that pressure. I think they want this public for the rest of the embedded crew to stay the course.

To be clear, it isn’t someone upset about her being on the wrong side of things and threatening her because of that, but instead it is someone telling her to keep in line for Russia…or else.

I won’t go russian to judgement or putin the blame on anyone, but some people that love to sow chaos and take down the US do come to mind.

I agree America is broken and there are far too many broken people within its borders, but I’d have to state that Russia and Israel have also done a bang up job whipping up that poison.
