I’ve honestly watched Talarico a lot in the past 2 years. James Talarico, at least behaves like a Christian in the public eye…not an evangelical Christian nationalist, but like an actual follower of Christ. He speaks against Christian nationalism, for separating church and state, and most of all, equal rights for everyone…no matter their color, race, religion, or sexual preference. He is, at least outwardly, what Christians are supposed to act like. I can’t say as far as privately, as I’ve never met the man. However, he seems to actually follow Christ first and man last…just the opposite of the MAGA Klan.

Wow. What gave him away? EVERYTHING Rump does is either for more money or to stay out of jail.

So…what you’re saying is that…evil men and women are using state of the art technology to make up false evidence against their political opponents…or…same shit, different tech - that they’ve been doing since the dawn of time? I mean, an ounce of ethical behavior would prevent the entire problem. It’s not as difficult a problem as they seem to think. Just make it illegal to lie in political commercials. It’s so easy… until ghe liars find a way to “lie without lying” - luke using a microscopic disclosure statement that the whole message is a “hypothetical discussion.” Sometimes there’s a need to limit the freedom of speech…like not yelling “fire” in a theater. But, this world has so twisted the ideals of truth and honesty that even truth and honesty have become suspected of lies.

Yes, but leave it to liberal voters to find a reason to hand Trump MORE power, because they “can’t vote for someone that isn’t perfect for whatever vapid reason they cough up thos week.” Liberal voters gave this country to Trump because they couldn’t hold their noses and push the button for Harris. They’ll find a reason to give Texas to the Repugnantcans… probably because Talarico is “too religious” - even though he’s one of the few Christians in America that follows Jesus’ actual teachings rather than slobbing the holy knob like Repugnantcans do with their back-asswards religious behavior. If Trump isn’t brought to rein in November, we won’t have a country left to hold elections in 2028. He’ll gut the election system just like he’s already trying to do. If the Dems let him… no, you know what… I’m going to speak truth… WHEN the Dems let him (he’s threatening to keep everything shutdown again if they don’t let him disenfranchise voters), this country will hear the death knell. It’ll take another decade maybe, but it will die. The Repugnantcans will drive in the knife. The Dems will make sure to hold a light for them so they can make sure they hit an artery.

Maybe we’ll see someone beheading a half-human orangutan in the middle east soon…the US citizenry won’t do it…someone else will.

I find that god cannot exist while simultaneously allowing atrocities to be enacted in his name. If you disagree, that’s fine…but for me, even if god once existed…humankind killed him with their ingrained wickedness.
