Maybe he feels guilty about how he made so much of his money by stealing from American taxpayers and how he pays so little in taxes, and he just wants to give back a little bit of what he stole. /s

Why did Trump get rid of all of that DEI stuff again? Wasn’t the claim that it was lowering our standards? So, if that’s true, then getting rid of DEI should mean we can meet our hiring quotas while still maintaining high standards, right?

Because if they get rid of DEI and they still had to lower hiring standards for the military, just as they also recently did for the DOJ, then that’s pretty conclusive evidence that their objections to DEI were completely about bigotry and not about the competency of the candidates.

It’s the same reason Trump got elected in the first place. These people absolutely don’t care about doing the right thing. They either do exactly as they’re told, or they are simply obsessed with winning. As long as their guy wins, they don’t care what he does.

It’s insane.

Since I wasn’t complaining about the original founders, I’m not sure that this hypothetical is relevant.

What I do know is that a billion dollars is far more money than anybody needs to live extravagantly for the rest of their lives.

If this guy came along and made more off their work, who cares?

I do. That’s the thing I am complaining about. People who only contributed money taking the lion’s share of the profits.

So he didn’t do any of the work for originally coming up with the idea or making the site, and then he also didn’t do any of the work in making the site’s popular content.

I do see there is some risk and some value in investing in a company, but it seems wrong that he became a billionaire when the people who did the actual work didn’t. More evidence that we don’t need billionaires.

They also need to break up the current monopolies or oligopolies.

The more I think about it, the more I’m on the machines’ side in The Matrix.

There’s an old saying, “Never meet your heroes.”

But now with social media, you know every famous person’s opinions, and really just the concept of a hero is almost gone. You have a couple of honest people here and there, and then you have a litany of people who idolize celebrities with well-known despicable or ridiculously stupid views like Chuck Norris.

The most unrealistic part of that sequence is where the old lady realizes her mistake, admits she was wrong, and says she’s sorry about her “up yours” statement.

Okay I read until it started getting kooky, which is the election denial shit and defending Trump after the insurrection. I get it. He’s an insincere nutcase.

But I would like to say that there are a lot of people who counterintuitively supported both Ron Paul and Bernie Sanders, and I think I can explain why. Both Ron Paul and Bernie Sanders clearly believe on a personal level that they are doing the right thing. It’s rare to see politicians who don’t give the impression of being slimebag liars.

Of course, their politics are completely incompatible with each other, but some people don’t care about that. They just want a politician that they can trust to do what they said they’re going to do.

But since he went on to support Trump, that reasoning all flies out the window. Maybe he was frequently dropped on his head as a child.

What we need is to impeach and convict/remove Trump specifically on the charge that he’s a pedophile and child rapist. Then, convict him for all of his crimes and take all of his wealth, half for being an obvious bribe, and the rest as a penalty. Put all of his relatives out on the streets.

I don’t know exactly how that would help America, but I think it would make me feel better.

I don’t think Trump has any black friends. I don’t think Trump has any Asian friends. I don’t think Trump has any hispanic friends. I don’t think Trump has any white friends.
