I dunno. SCOTUS has been quietly amassing power like the Executive Branch through the likes of the shadow docket. They’re another unchecked power that’s gone amuck, look at the fact they resisted the ethics. Their wording on presidential immunity is purposely vague, they get to decide what’s official with the POTUS, not the POTUS. There’s a high chance they use it to try to “Save” everyone when something particularly nasty comes up to try to get a good light on them and try to amass more power.

Of course… the problem with this plan is a distinct lack of enforcement power the SCOTUS has.

I can’t watch that movie. I don’t think I could deal with it. Which I know is ironic.

I mean… that’s probably (about as close as he has one) the plan…

Worked as an EMT. Dealt with plenty of angry drunks.

Not supporting the cocaine thing, just saying there’s been plenty of “I’m gonna kick your ass” and the sloppy fighting is negated by the pain not registering as badly drunks.

But it’s why I’m mad at weed being illegal. I’ve never once had a stoner try to kick my ass. It’s usually a lot of “Yes yes I know everything is wonderful will you get on the damn cot?”
