  Boomers are the only generation to really show generation wide changes whereas most people have more in common with people within 5 years plus or minus of their age.

Better and fewer working hours.
Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.
