Work-life balance is possible, but not in our current structure. It's time for a 32-hour workweek in America.

This checks out. You sound EXACTLY like me when I was 29 and an insufferable know-nothing piece of shit. Now I’m embarrassed for both of us.

Having boomer opinions is a mindset thing, not an age thing.

      Also: I’m older than you.

I’m 38. I used to think like you. Then I realised it was a business not a person and my boss wasn’t my friend, and that I should be getting more for less.

This is all great, for you, if you want to live your life like this, but I don’t understand why you think that this should be standard.

Why are you against doing less work for the same money?

You don’t really understand how it works…people are more productive for working 32hoyr weeks.

So how do people pay the mortgage?

I’ve also seen you say you think people should be contractors. So you’re against workers rights.

There are many ways to for people’s lives to be made better, and increase productivity, but apparently that’s not the intention, it seems employers would rather have you shitting it.

A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

Our Philosophies:

  • All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
  • Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.
  • Workers must join together and fight back for what is rightfully theirs.
  • We must not be divided and conquered. Workers gain the most when they focus on unifying issues.

Our Goals

  • Higher wages for underpaid workers.
  • Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
  • Better and fewer working hours.
  • Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
  • Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.
