They’re about to find out that well educated society has been waiting for a reason to exterminate them from the gene pool for quite a while now.

Putting yourself in special separate buses from real Americans probably isn’t a good idea. But I hope to fucking god you find that out through trial and error.

Americans are weak and docile. Segregation will happen and no one is going to do anything about it. Shouting in large groups isn’t going to change anything.

      Christian Nationalism has won.

So some of the largest protests in the country’s history count as docile now…? No revolution in history has started with the bloodshed, it always escalates (like it is actively doing in the US) and aside from that blindingly obvious historical truth, it’s really weird how attempting to avoid violence is now somehow a societal failing.

The GOP has said the next civil war we’ll be bloodless if the left allow it. And that is exactly what is going on. No amount of yelling into the wind is going to do anything to a person or people who don’t follow the rules. But keep thinking it might make a difference.

So the use of protests to establish broad community support for a cause won’t make a difference…? That sure seems to contradict every historical example, but you do you.

Fascists aren’t going to peacefully give back rights to their targets. What do you think they are suggesting? Violent revolution is the only action that has ever gotten shit done throughout history. It was a violent revolution that created America in the first place, but it is in the best interest of the winning side to pretend that their revolution was just, but any further revolution would be a step too far.

What the fuck do you think they just did? Here. I’ll put again so that this time you can reread it and take it in:

That’s not what they’d do, that’s just a nebulous opinion on how change is realized. How would they get support to start a revolution, for example. I’m damn curious what the answer is besides “start with large demonstrations to rally public support for the cause” since that’s how it’s worked in every revolution in history.

“Please share what you would do differently”

              Violent revolution.

              Did I stutter?

When the fascists try to take people in your community, respond to their threats of violence with your own. When heads of government declare that your neighbours need to be eradicated because of their mere existence, you make that government’s life a living hell until they realise that they are not welcome in your country.

The government will respond with violence, because that’s what they call ‘Justice’, but by that point you should have a ‘well regulated militia’ if you believe in the value of your country and its constitution at all.

Then you don’t understand how all of this works. Please look at every successful “violent revolution” in recorded history. It never starts the way you want to it to. The support for corroding elements need to erode first.

You’re jumping at the bit, but hey, if you want to go kill somebody, think about what ammo you’re giving them first. Martial Law, a “reason” to destroy the constitution, and a “reason” to prove some bullshit reason that fascists do fascist things.

Stop jerking off on the internet to your violent fantasies and think about a fucking real world likelihood that your dumbass actions will have.

Some dickhead talking big on Lemmy isn’t going to do shit by murdering a senator or Stephen Miller. You’re just going to give them a reason to escalate.

                  A) the Constitution is burning on the floor already

                  B) they’re already militarizing police

                  C) the courts are powerless because the regime will arrest judges

Escalation is happening, this is class war.

you make that government’s life a living hell

How, though. It’s all well and good to want a revolution, but have you ever given any thought to the process of implementing one? Talk is cheap, so call for the violent overthrow of the sitting government all you want! But until you have an idea of how to actually implement all this violent revolution you’re calling for (“how do you coordinate” is one example of something you actually need an answer to) you’re no different from some /pol/ edgelord wanking off to the romantic idea of what a great revolutionary hero they’d make. Denigrating protests is one thing, but they’re the best tool for developing broad community support for your cause.

Seriously, what better solution do you have? Because it’s kinda a dick move to keep such a revolutionary (haha) concept a secret.

They’re extremely organized and unrelenting. This con has been running since the late seventies at least. It all started because a religious school wanted to be racist and didn’t want to pay taxes. Jerry Falwell noticed that they could turn fundamentalists into angry voters and they just never stopped accumulating power.

Americans will spend more energy arguing why revolution is bad, than it would take to revolt and win.
