    OK, but when the administration clearly is ignoring the constitution, and no one is stopping them, your right doesn’t exist.

    It’s like walking into a crosswalk without looking. Yeah, you might have the right of way, but that won’t stop you from getting run over.

    I am a citizen. To me ICE agents are mall cops with an immigrant grudge. I’ll film them, I will publicly mock them, I will parade around with a carrot sticking out of my butt infront of them saying “thanx u’s for getting me my carrot pikin yob, now I can afford to eat at McDonalds when I get a tax refund!”

    Despite reasonably exercising your First Amendment rights, law enforcement officers may illegally retaliate against you in a number of ways including with arrest, destruction of your device, and bodily harm. They may also try to retaliate by harming the person being arrested. We urge you to remain alert and mindful about this possibility.

      I’d like to point out you are legally allowed to follow your state’s stand your ground laws against police and federal agents. My favorite example of that in action is a case from Texas where a man killed a bunch of cops illegally entering his home and got off a free man, mainly because it’s hilarious that Texas has to choose between licking boot and snorting gunpowder.
