Good. Luigi was with me the entire time.

I don’t want to see an innocent man get sent to prison because some hero killed a baron.

Those were the safety charges to assure jail time in case the jury has reasonable doubt on the murder, after the backpack and all of its contents are thrown out as tainted evidence. Without these charges, Luigi’s chances of walking just increased significantly.

They know that this is an extremely weak case on the evidence, as well as a focus for jury nullification, and there is a much better than 50% chance that he walks, so they are going to pull a Casey Anthony, drag the case out for as long as possible, and keep him in jail the entire time, until a jury finally frees him. Casey Anthony served nearly 4 years before being freed, which is about what she would have served for Child Neglect, which is what she was probably guilty of.

This latest court appearance was his first in 5 months, in one of the most visible, important cases in America. They could definitely speed it up, but they are slow-walking it because they know that it is likely to be the only time that he serves.

Here’s the thing and people are gonna not like it but I don’t care.

Charlie Kirk now is going to be treated like a martyr for a while, a vessel of any and all actions partaken from the conservatives. So, they’ll just be fueled now to take up arms against their opponents as if they aren’t in control of everything when their party affiliation already is.

I would’ve wanted the places swapped and Luigi is the one killed, because then his martyrdom would empower the people that should be the ones making the big changes against people who think like Charlie Kirk and abide by whatever this current administration is about.

I mean the contrast between both cases is glaring.

Meh, unlike Chork, Luigi actually fought for the labourers by taking protest against the elite insurecrappers. Chork only bootlicked his billionnaire oligarchs, and didn’t support the real American.

He’s only treated as a martyr if we keep talking about him like that. So talk about him as he is properly - a fascist cunt and terrorist.
