Sounds like they are the morons. Trump is perfectly capable of being led around by the nose. In fact, I suspect that is the only thing he’s capable of now.
His handlers tell him they are selling stock A and hand him an announcement to make.
Trump makes announcement, and stock A plummets.
Trump and his handlers wait for the price to bottom out and then buy up stock A again.
His handlers give him a new announcement to make and he TACOs on his first announcement and the market rebounds.
Trump and his handlers giggle and fondle the 10s or 100s of millions of dollars they made.
Rinse and repeat with stock B, C, D…
How many times has he tanked some part of the marked and then chickened out and let the market rebound? I cannot believe this has been just his toddler-like thrashing around. There is just no way that some people aren’t making enormous profits on this.
