      Most colonial projects tend to collapse eventually. The few exceptions are where the colonist population far exceeds that of the indigenous people.In the long term, Israel will go the way of the crusader kingdoms, the Moorish occupation of Spain and the South African apartheid regime. Without decisive hegemonic backing, they’re not viable. And the attention of hegemons always eventually wavers.

      For example, if we kill off the demand for fossil fuels and the need for a nest of spies and occupiers in the Middle East will dry up.

      Most countries have already scrapped birthright (getting a passport for being born on soil despite parents being illegal). There is no reason colonists of Palestine should be treated different.
