Papers with U.S. State Department markings, found Friday morning in the business center of an Alaskan hotel, revealed previously undisclosed and potentially sensitive details about the Aug. 15 meetings between President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir V. Putin in Anchorage.

Here’s a conspiracy theory. They were left there by Russians, not Americans.
It could also just be the reporters trying to protect their sources. Wasn’t left by anyone that’s just what the article says.
Oh yeah this kind of clumsy incompetence is not something this administration is capable of. Ffs.
That or they are such traitors that they were given to the Russians. Or so incompetent they were stolen by the Russians. No matter though, when the best case scenario is mere incompetence, the outlook is very grim indeed.
