Isn’t it obvious that the Makers are well aware, and even condone this behavior? This isn’t by circumstance, it’s purely intentional to drive the value up.
What’s a bit hilarious about this - is this is exactly the lizard brained shit we saw way back in the 80’s-90’s with Cabbage Patch Kids, and Beanie babies.
I think it’s great as a game, but too often you all seem to direct blame to the behaviors they promote in people, rather than taking Pokemon to task over the clearly problematic distribution issues.
