Oh 100% this is why. It always comes down to money and power. This bill threatened both, especially #4.

JFK was not a socialist by any means, he just wasn’t a full on libertarian.
JFK was against Israel having a nuclear bomb, like very very against it, it’s more than just the CIA.
JFK was also trying to revive the idea of a 2nd bill of rights.
