They didn’t know there was a flood was coming even after the NWS issued a flood warning? Worse still, he claims it’s the most dangerous river valley in the nation, but they don’t have any way to warn people when a flash flood is coming? Wait, it’s Texas, yeah that tracks.
I hope that camp gets sued into nonexistence
This is heartbreaking. The psychopaths at the top are actively sacrificing human lives. Cutting back programs like FEMA/disaster aid.

It was a summer camp for girls, and the campground got completely swept up in the flood. The flash flood warnings didn’t come in until after 1AM, well after most of them would’ve been asleep.
