Good news for nicotine addicts but Juul devices are re-usable but the pods aren’t which still create a ton of plastic waste.

I have lowered the amount of nicotine in the juice I make. But getting down to 0 has been very difficult to do. Actually putting less in is not the hard part. Sticking with it is the hard part. It’s really easy to just make a new bottle at the level I had before that. Idk. It’s hard to explain.

Kinda like when I switched to rolling my own cigs, or later switching to a pipe. In theory, the extra work was supposed to disincentivize use. In practice, I just got really good at rolling cigs/packing a pipe

Do you have a trusted friend who could hold onto your nic extract and dispense specific amounts to mix into your juice mixture?

I used to subohm 100 mg/ml salt nic extract and I managed to quit by reducing the nic until I got to 18 mg/ml, then switched to nicotine gum for a couple of months, then to regular gum for a month or two. This exact method isn’t going to work for everyone, and there are multiple ways to quit nicotine. I no longer have nicotine cravings, though, and I haven’t for years now.
