My god, that must have been a horrible scene. There are a few intersections in my city that have become hubs for fent users and it’s very sad to see. I don’t cast any moral judgments, but it is visually disturbing to see people frozen or slumped over.
That many people at once seems suspicious. Were they all drug users?
Doesn’t seem that suspicious to me. One person could be supplying dozens of users who hang around that area. If they’re all doing the same batch, and the batch is too strong, it follows that something like this would happen.
